Aaron and Yeni are owners of Common Sense Trading.
Yeni is a farmers daughter, she hated stigma being associated with being poor. She met Aaron in Melbourne and they opened Common Sense Trading—a company that sells farm good from Indonesia.
They reached out to us because their business wasn’t growing, their positioning wasn’t clear, they wanted to make a difference.
We did a strategy session together, where they recognized that their market positioning lacked clarity. We identified markets and channels that would allow them to better utilize their products and grow quicker.

In our strategy session we highlighted their WHY—Common Sense Trading want to support farmers in Indonesia by connecting them to global markets in such a way that farmers are getting paid times more than they are with competitive offers. We also created a set of objectives that would enhance their livelihood and make farming easier.
We partnered with Common Sense and created systems, that allow them to grow their revenue at a rapid speed. We helped them to create and execute programs such as Run for Farmers that raise awareness on the problem and attract additional funding.
While we are just at the beginning of our engagement, the programs are executing, the message attracts new partners and our outreach system consistently brings new deals on the table.
